Hunted for 'sport'

Pendle Forest and Craven Hunt  

The Pendle Forest and Craven Harriers are the least well known of the Lancashire hunts. They have no fewer than five joint-masters and rumour has it that they are handing out even more with this year's Christmas crackers.

Hunt Country: This pack hunts through country comprising of an area of 30 miles by 15 miles in the Ribble Valley and Craven district of Lancashire and North Yorkshire. Hares are hunted by a pack that consists of 25 couple of hounds although foxes will also be chased if they come across any.
