A couple out walking in Staffordshire on Valentines Day made a gruesome discovery of a butchered fox. The vixen was found shortly after a Staffordshire hunt was seen in the area and the blood on the fox was still very fresh, as were the many hoof marks (100 plus) around the body. A member of the League Against Cruel Sports removed the fox and respectfully buried it in their own garden.
