Two Foxhounds belonging to the Cheshire Foxhounds were killed after trespassing on a railway line just two days before the hunt ban came into effect. The Chester to Crewe Arriva Train was forced into an emergency stop causing a 12 minute delay as a result of the hunt's activity. In another incident police officers had to deal with a stray hunt horse on the busy A41 after drivers called the police.
